Suburban charm

I just love walking through certain suburbs and admiring the architecture, design and charm of the homes. Here are photos from one such day, in the suburb of Whitfords, Perth, WA.

This place has an Atlantic vibe, it makes me think of King Triton.

There are usually particular points of interest that draw me in when it comes to looking at houses. I like white bricks, archways, triangular roofs, greenery, pops of colour or pattern, Amber glass. This place seems to have it all.

And what I also love is how every house is so different from the last, there is just no two that are the same.

I get so inspired seeing things like this and it just makes me want to do something creative, like take photos. I imagine the stories that go in behind the walls, who lives there, the families, how the house came to be. It adds to my dream of family all the more.
